You have a grace period of 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request.

Valid Return Conditions:
We will consider returns under the following circumstances:

  1. The item you received differs from what you ordered.
  2. The product delivered to you is damaged.
  3. You have not received the item, and it has surpassed 30 days since the order.

To qualify for a return, the item should remain unused, retain any tags, and be housed in its original packaging. You will need to provide your order number.

Initiating a Return:
To kickstart the return process, please reach out to us at info@frenzyframe.se. Once we approve your return, we'll provide detailed instructions on packaging and where to send it. We won't accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Kindly ensure you use a tracked delivery method to send the returned item to our address, and bear in mind that you will cover the return shipping costs. We do not offer compensation for these costs. Given that all posters are crafted per order, a 10% recycling fee is applied to all returns.

Product Concerns:
If upon receiving your order, you find it defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures.

Exceptions:
Regrettably, we do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges:
Due to our made-to-order approach, we don't provide exchanges.

European Union Rights:
For shipments within the European Union, customers have a right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without needing a specific reason. The item should be in its original state, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Failed Deliveries or Returns to Sender:
Please make sure that the name, address, and contact details provided at checkout are complete and correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or because the parcel was not collected in time, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping, handling, and administrative costs from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Uncollected Parcels:
If a parcel is not collected by the customer within the time limit set by the shipping provider and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an administrative and handling fee of SEK 250 to cover return shipping, processing, and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund where applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once we've received and evaluated your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. There may be additional time required for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
